REFORMER PILATES
Get fit. Stay healthy. Feel amazing. Do it all at Studio Flow. Our facility offers a one-of-a-kind experience in a comfortable, personal and professional atmosphere. Reformer Pilates uses Pilates principles practiced on a reformer bed.
The beds have a sliding carriage equipped with springs, ropes and pulleys to give you a total body workout. Our reformer classes are suitable for all levels of fitness, offering either small groups or one on one sessions.
My name is Suzie Catanzariti, I have been a part of the fitness industry for over 20 years. Teaching fitness has always been something I have been very passionate about. After training under the guidance of the Barre Body Team, I have found a new passion in Reformer Pilates. Here at Studio Flow I believe in only the highest standards of physical fitness training. Our goal is to enrich the lives of our members and create a community of like-minded people who love being healthy, strong and more in touch with their bodies. Our Mat Pilates classes strengthen your core, improve posture, increase flexibility, and build whole body strength. All while encouraging a deeper connection between movement and breath.
Suitable for every body and every fitness level, these classes offer a supportive space to move with intention, challenge yourself and leave feeling stronger, calmer and more connected.

HEATED MAT PILATES
Step into our calming Infrared Heated Studio and experience the perfect combination of movement, warmth and mindful connection.
Our Heated Mat Pilates classes combine slow, controlled Pilates exercises with the gentle warmth of infrared heat to help your body move more freely. The warmth encourages your muscles to relax, allowing you to improve flexibility, mobility and range of motion while building strength and stability.
As your body warms, you'll enjoy a satisfying sweat that leaves you feeling refreshed and revitalised. Many clients find the warmth helps them unwind, reduce tension and feel more relaxed throughout both mind and body. Suitable for all fitness levels, our Hot Room classes provide a welcoming space to move with intention, reconnect with yourself and leave feeling stronger, lighter and restored.

Take a Class
Here at Studio Flow we offer a weekly schedule of classes for every level of fitness from beginners to advanced levels. Whether you want to dial up the intensity or take a more relaxed approach, we’ve got a class with a spot just for you.
Choose your own day and time or let me help you personalize your schedule by choosing a class that suit your needs.
We also offer private group bookings for business houses or groups of friends, of up to 7 in our reformer classes and 10 in our mat classes. One on one private sessions are also available, these sessions are perfect for those who would like to build up confidence or get to know the basics before booking in for a class.
At Studio Flow we structure our classes to suit all levels of fitness. We do this by giving multiple options with all our moves. You get to choose! In saying this if you are just starting on your fitness journey and you are choosing reformer pilates with us, we have recently added a beginners class. This is designed for those that have not done reformer before, it takes you through all our signature moves teaching you the correct way to perform these moves. Once you feel comfortable you can then move on to any other classes on offer.

MUM'S & BUB'S
MOTHERS GROUP SESSIONS
Mother's Groups are designed to suit new mums, we give you the opportunity to workout with your friends while your babies watch on. We can cater up to seven mum's at one time, these sessions are all private classes so will not be shown on the timetable. Please feel free to email;
POSTNATAL REFORMER PILATES sessions will help you get your core muscles strong again, they will also help improve posture, flexibility, tone and overall fitness.
During the early stages it is very important to regain deep abdominal and pelvic floor strength to help you deal with the demands of pregnancy and birth. Allow us to help you achieve your goals. We have everything you need—knowledge, experience and equipment. Get started today!
